14. GOVERNING LAW
You agree that the Website does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Eric Mortimer & Associates, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than the laws of the United States of America. Any claim or dispute between you and Eric Mortimer & Associates that arises in whole or in part from the Service will be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United State of America. Those who do not choose to access the Eric Mortimer & Associates do so at their initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including any applicable local laws.
